The second interview in Dengeki PlayStation Magazine vol. 684 is with Yonezawa Madoka, the voice of Ferry! She talks from the perspective of a diehard fighting game fan, as well as a longtime veteran of the Granblue Fantasy series.
As part of the Granblue Fantasy Versus marketing blitz, Dengeki PlayStation volume 684 includes a 20-page cover feature on GBVS, including two interviews with the voices of Percival and Ferry. They talk about their own characters as they enter the world of fighting games, as well as their favorite parts of GBVS.
After Granblue Fantasy Fes 2019, we were given the opportunity to sit down with Fukuhara Tetsuya (FKHR) and Kimura Yuito (KMR), the director and producer of Granblue Fantasy. We asked them about the many announcements made at that show, and they were gracious enough to answer. Here’s part 1:
Famitsu magazine ran a Year of the Rat interview with two video composers who were born in the year of the rat: Sakamoto Hideki (b. 1972), who has composed music for the Yakuza and Super Smash Brothers series, and Granblue Fantasy‘s own Narita Tsutomu (b. 1984).
The two of them discuss video games, working with the legendary Uematsu Nobuo, and more!
The Granblue TV Channel end-of-2019 special featured Touyama Nao and Katou Emiri visiting the Cygames offices, and while we had a thread covering the fun little bits of the episode, we also promised a more thorough translation of the interviews with FKHR and KMR at the end.
The latest Pash! Magazine came with a deluxe GBF spread, and while we can’t share that, we can at least translate the interviews with the voices of the Dragon Knights: Inoue Kazuhiko (Siegfried) Ono Yuuki (Lancelot), Eguchi Takuya (Vane), and Oosaka Ryouta (Percival). First up: the interview with Inoue Kazuhiko!
